Lakadong Turmeric which is grown on the foothills of the Jaintia Hills in Meghalaya has the highest Curcumin content in the world ranging in between 7-9%. This has been certified by reputed organizations such as the WHO. Lakadong Turmeric has  medicinal use an immunity booster and as a strong antibiotic. It is effective against virus and bacteria.
